Frequently asked questions
What data does the API return?
All endpoints return Irish property market data sourced from the PSRA Property Price Register, CSO, Daft.ie, RTB/ESRI, BPFI and the ECB. This includes median sale prices, rental yields, price percentiles, town-level breakdowns, planning permissions and crime statistics across all 26 counties.
How often is the data updated?
PPR transaction data and ECB interest rates are updated weekly every Sunday. CSO planning and crime data is updated annually after CSO publishes. Daft.ie rental data is updated quarterly. The last_updated.json endpoint always reflects the freshness of each data source.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email imfan.yang@gmail.com to cancel. Your API key remains active until the end of the billing period.
What are the API rate limits?
Pro plan: 1,000 requests per day. Enterprise plans have no rate limit. There is no per-minute throttle — distribute your calls as needed throughout the day.
Do you offer a trial?
The free dashboard (all 26 counties, interactive map, price check tool) is permanently free and requires no sign-up. For API access, email imfan.yang@gmail.com for a short-term trial key.
